Second Annual Big lake Trout Ice Fishing Derby

Location: Eva Lake

Parking can be available on Hwy 633 at public landing, its plowed out there.  You can fish anywhere on Eva including the back Bays or Little Eva.

Entry fee is $25 per person.  Have to have entry fee in by the morning or you are not in the tourney.

Tourney starts at 8 am and you need to be back to the Public Landing on the NW side of Eva Lake at 4:40 m.  Dont be late or you will not be allowed to weigh in.

Date is subject to cancellation if ice conditions are bad.  I will get a hold of you if i feel the lakes wont be in good condition.

50% of the money goes to the Big Lake Trout of the Day.  If you catch a Big Trout and want to release it, then a picture will work as long as you have a tape measure showing inches of fish in picture.

The other 50% of the money will be split between second and third largest Trout.  If you decide to keep your second big fish, you cant continue to fish, you are now done for the day.  But remember, i dont want to hear of someone catching 2 Lake trout and then continue to fish and get a bigger one.  if you decide to keep the second trout, then you are done fishing for the day.
