Road Map to Simple Safety Solutions: Co-facilitated by Workplace Safety and Prevention Services (WSPS) and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB): Learn about simple safety solutions for the workplace, to ensure that everyone returns home safe at the end of the day. We will provide an overview of resources to help you understand the roles and responsibilities of workplace parties, how to stay in compliance with legislation, how to manage hazards, and where to go for help. Also we’ll review how joining the WSIB’s Health and Safety Excellence program can help with financial rebates to offset costs of implementing new health and safety topics in the workplace, and demonstrate how to calculate a potential ‘double’ annual rebate.
