Registration from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Little Falls Recreation Centre Races start at 12:00 noon at the Nordic Lake Trail Head Awards Ceremony at 2:30 (estimate) at Little Falls Recreation Centre.  Many Prizes, lots of Chocolate!
